Why is rent so high a credit score zero

I am basically 18 again. As if nothing I ever did mattered prior too then. Good thing I started working when I was six years old I guess so I have that going for me. I am just wondering though like.. if you want to rent a house out to college students.. why do you give a shit about a credit score or misdemeanors? It's hard to find anyone these days without a misdemeanor and a good credit score that is just starting college you know? Most kids parents these days and grandparents both always seem to have 911 on speed dial.. as if the number wasn't short enough already. You people are insane. The price alone was bad enough. A one bedroom should be no more than $80 honestly. $500 or more? You're insane. Literally batshit crazy. Like holy hell even the devil wouldn't and certainly not god but damn humans and especially landlords sure take the fucking cake, huh? $500 for a 1 bedroom when a studio should be no more than $50. The value of money never went up nor did the value of property. There are less people than ever to fill these holes and yet you want to bleed us all dry.. then and then you want only the creme d la creme. Yet you decide who lives and who dies. Ultimately you will die. Your business. Your property. You will be forced to sell to the higher ups for being so discriminatory. You dug your own grave and the town will dry up. Everyone will move out and a data center will be installed just the same as everywhere else. You'll wonder what the hell happened when you denied aspiring students of medicine and the arts a comfortable little den to rest in. Over the matter of zero credit and a stupid mistake likely caused to being way in over their head almost 7 years go. Holy shit.
